Sacraments

To receive the Sacrament of Baptism:

a). Parents or Guardians should fill up the Baptismal Application Form (Click here to view and print the form in English or in Spanish.).

b). Together with the Filled Up Application Form, submit the Birth Certificate of the Child, the Marriage Certificate of Parents and God-Parents (if married). If parents are not married in Church, they need to have a special interview with the Priest. If God-Parents are single, they need to present Certificates of First Communion and Confirmation. (Note: Couples who are not married in Church may not be appointed as God-parents.)

c). Parents and God-Parents are required to attend the Pre-Baptismal Class.

d). After attending Pre-Baptismal class, parents can arrange the schedule of baptism.

2.    To receive the Sacrament of Marriage:

              a). Couples need to contact the Parish Office to set up an
              appointment with one of the priests at least 6 months before
              the planned wedding date.

              c). Prior to receiving the Sacrament of Marriage, any
              previous marriage (civil or church) should be cleared by
              the Archdiocesan Tribunal. (For information on this matter
              contact any priest at the parish office.)

  3.   To receive the Sacrament of Anointing for the Sick:

              a). Call the Parish Office at (661)947-3306 and ask for a
               priest's assistance.

              b). If the sick person needs Holy Communion on regular
               basis, contact the Parish Office to arrange for the service
               of a Eucharistic Minister both in English and in Spanish.
